I think part of the reason I’ve been so stressed lately is because for me, this is the age of reality. Things I do have major consequences now. The guy I’m head over heels for gets a girlfriend..if this was a few years ago it wouldn’t be such a big deal..but now at my age this could mean they’ll be getting married. I quit my job because I don’t like it? Alright, no car or phone for me because no one’s gonna pay my bills. I fail a course at school because it’s boring? That only adds extra time onto my college career, delaying my degree even more…not just a slap on the wrist from my teacher or parents. I guess growing up is just crazier than I ever could have imagined.
